RENTAL CONDITIONS

Guarantee
A guarantee of € 100 is applicable. Upon arrival it has to be paid in cash to the lessor. After leaving the ‘Rietvogel’ undamaged and clean with no belongings missing, this guarantee is given back in cash after your stay.

Cancellation
Cancellation only in written. According to the following rules:
- till 60 days before the rental period a cancellation fee of 30% of the rental amount is required
- from the 60th day till the day of arrival 100% of the rental amount is required

Length of stay
You are welcome in the ‘Rietvogel’ on the day of arrival from 16:00 hrs. Please announce your arrival to the owner who lives at Hoogeweg 7 in Kalenberg. Next he/she will show you the rented place and give you some usefull information concerning your stay.
Departure shall be on the last day before 10:00 hrs.

House rules
It is not allowed:
- to take pet animals
- smoking in the ‘Rietvogel’
- occupation by more persons than contracted
- noise/music tangible outside the area of the rented house

Cleaning
The ‘Rietvogel’ has to be leaved behind clean and arranged i.e.:
- all floors vacuum cleaned
- crockery, kitchen utensils etc. washed and put away
- refrigerator empty and clean; leftovers removed
- garbage deposed in refuse bags, refuse bags put in the grey garbage container near the shed
- towels and bed linen (not the mattress- and pillow covers/protectors) deposed in the bathroom
- bedspreads folded on the mattress
- books, videodisks etc. replaced in the cupboards
